Collaboration Guidelines

Whether you're building your first website or launching another project for your business, we focus on clear communication, transparent terms, and a partnership-based approach.
It all starts with a conversation – we take time to understand your needs, goals, and expectations. Based on that, we prepare a proposal and a clear project timeline. Then we move into execution – this might involve graphic design, photography, a website or online store, or another service from our offer. Each stage is well-organized and carried out in constant communication with you. Once everything is complete, we deliver the final materials or launch the ready-to-use solution.
For larger projects – such as website development, online stores, or full visual identity packages – we prepare a contract that clearly defines the scope, deadlines, and terms of collaboration. For smaller assignments, like individual graphics or photo sessions, a contract is not required – clear agreements are enough, and we issue an invoice based on the previously agreed scope and pricing. We always tailor the form of cooperation to the scale of the project and the client’s needs.
In most cases, we use a staged payment model: an initial deposit at the start, a second payment after project drafts or previews are approved, and a final payment upon delivery of the completed work. For smaller projects, we agree on a simpler payment structure. Clear payment terms are always outlined from the offer stage, so you know exactly what to expect.
Yes – we’re flexible and understand that ideas can evolve. If you decide to expand the scope after the project begins – for example, adding extra photos, new graphic formats, or additional website features – we’ll discuss it together and adjust the timeline and pricing accordingly. Everything is communicated clearly and with no surprises.

Absolutely – it's normal for new ideas to come up during the process. Minor adjustments, tweaks, or refinements are a natural part of the workflow. If any changes are more significant or impact previously approved stages, we’ll discuss them together and suggest the best way forward.

Yes – our collaboration doesn’t end when we deliver the files or launch your website. We continue to support our clients after the project – whether you need technical assistance, additional file versions, updates, or advice on future materials.
Absolutely. We provide ongoing technical support for our clients – covering websites, online stores, graphics, content updates, print-ready files, and other visual materials. This way, you can be sure that your digital and visual assets are always up to date, professionally maintained, and easily accessible when you need them.
