RULES OF PROCESSING USER INFORMATION AND COOKIES

    • Handling inquiries via the form
  7. The service performs functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
    1. Through voluntarily entered data in forms, which are then entered into the systems of the Operator.
    2. By saving cookie files (so-called 'cookies') on end devices.
    3. By saving technical logs at the level of the www server, email, and Operator's applications.

2. Selected methods of data protection used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function operates in a one-way manner - it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.
  4. An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which notably includes regular updates of programming components.

3. Your rights and additional information about data usage

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
    • authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website's operation
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be processed for longer than is necessary to perform activities related to them, as specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). Regarding marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to demand from the Administrator:

    • their correction,
    • removal,
    • processing restrictions,
    • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.3 c) regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of carrying out the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, where the right to object may not be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, especially the establishment, investigation, or defense of legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, regarding the actions of the Administrator.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Service.
  7. Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken with regard to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union territory.

4. Information in forms

  1. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The service may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the service may save information facilitating the association of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user's email address appears within the URL address of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose arising from the specific function of the form, e.g., for commercial contact, account registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.

5. Administrator's logs

  1. Information about user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for administering the service.
  2. The following may be subject to logging:
    1. resources specified by a URL identifier (requested resource addresses - pages, files),
    2. the time of the request arrival,
    3. the time of sending the response,
    4. information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
    5. the URL address of the previously visited page by the user (referer link) - in case the transition to the Service occurred through a link,
    6. information about the user's browser,
    7. information about the IP address.

6. Significant marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. In terms of user preferences information collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookie files using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

  1. The service uses cookies.
