Everything You Need to Know

We understand that starting a project like a website, an online store, or a visual identity can raise a lot of questions. That’s why we’ve gathered the most common ones – covering everything from technical and formal matters to the practical side of working together. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, just reach out – we’ll be happy to explain everything before we even get started. At Websited, clear communication and your comfort are our priorities at every stage of the process.

General Information

Is this Your first digital project? You don’t have to be an expert to start building your online presence. In this section, you’ll find answers to the most common early-stage questions – from getting in touch and booking a consultation, to working remotely and confidentiality matters.
Absolutely. We work with many individuals and businesses that don’t have a technical background – and that’s completely normal. You don’t need to know specialist terms or follow the latest trends – that’s our job. We’re here to guide you through the entire process and explain everything in a clear, simple way. At every stage, we’ll keep you informed about what’s happening. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident that your project is in good hands.
Yes – we offer a no-obligation consultation where we can discuss your needs, answer your questions, and suggest possible directions. Sometimes, just 15 minutes of conversation is enough for a client to see their project from a completely new perspective. It costs nothing, and it often helps you make the right decision and avoid solutions that don’t fit.
Absolutely. If you don’t have a clear vision yet or you’re unsure where to start, we’ll ask you a few simple questions and work together to define the right direction. We’ll help you clarify your goals, choose the right technologies, plan the steps, and outline the scope. Our solutions are tailored to your needs, capabilities, and what you want to achieve. For many of our clients, this is the moment when everything clicks into place and starts to make sense.
Yes – most of our projects are handled remotely, and we work with clients from all over Poland. We communicate via email, phone, or your preferred messaging platform – whatever works best for you. The entire process – from the initial consultation to design and final implementation – can be completed fully online, without the need for in-person meetings. For many of our clients, it’s a convenient and efficient way to collaborate.
Absolutely. All information you share with us – during consultations or throughout the project – is treated as strictly confidential. If you’d like formal protection, we’re happy to sign an NDA. We do not share your data with third parties, we never use any materials without your consent, and we ensure full discretion – no matter the size or scope of your project.

Collaboration Guidelines

Whether you're building your first website or launching another project for your business, we focus on clear communication, transparent terms, and a partnership-based approach.
It all starts with a conversation – we take time to understand your needs, goals, and expectations. Based on that, we prepare a proposal and a clear project timeline. Then we move into execution – this might involve graphic design, photography, a website or online store, or another service from our offer. Each stage is well-organized and carried out in constant communication with you. Once everything is complete, we deliver the final materials or launch the ready-to-use solution.
For larger projects – such as website development, online stores, or full visual identity packages – we prepare a contract that clearly defines the scope, deadlines, and terms of collaboration. For smaller assignments, like individual graphics or photo sessions, a contract is not required – clear agreements are enough, and we issue an invoice based on the previously agreed scope and pricing. We always tailor the form of cooperation to the scale of the project and the client’s needs.
In most cases, we use a staged payment model: an initial deposit at the start, a second payment after project drafts or previews are approved, and a final payment upon delivery of the completed work. For smaller projects, we agree on a simpler payment structure. Clear payment terms are always outlined from the offer stage, so you know exactly what to expect.
Yes – we’re flexible and understand that ideas can evolve. If you decide to expand the scope after the project begins – for example, adding extra photos, new graphic formats, or additional website features – we’ll discuss it together and adjust the timeline and pricing accordingly. Everything is communicated clearly and with no surprises.

Absolutely – it's normal for new ideas to come up during the process. Minor adjustments, tweaks, or refinements are a natural part of the workflow. If any changes are more significant or impact previously approved stages, we’ll discuss them together and suggest the best way forward.

Yes – our collaboration doesn’t end when we deliver the files or launch your website. We continue to support our clients after the project – whether you need technical assistance, additional file versions, updates, or advice on future materials.
Absolutely. We provide ongoing technical support for our clients – covering websites, online stores, graphics, content updates, print-ready files, and other visual materials. This way, you can be sure that your digital and visual assets are always up to date, professionally maintained, and easily accessible when you need them.
